The company has many years of experience in pressure vessel design and manufacturing, and is one of the earliest companies in Shandong Province to hold both A1 and A2 level pressure vessel design and manufacturing licenses, as well as GC1 level pressure pipeline safety license. We have a professional R&D and design team, including more than 10 senior engineers and over 60 professional designers.
The company adheres to independent research and development as the basis, while introducing advanced technologies from home and abroad. It can design and manufacture various types of pressure vessels, especially skilled in welding technologies for urea grade stainless steel, duplex steel, heat-resistant steel, cryogenic steel, Ti, Ni and other non-ferrous metals, high-pressure vessels, nuclear pressure vessels, and has achieved excellent awards in this field.
Advanced Equipment
The company covers an area of 110000 square meters, including a production workshop of 50000 square meters, a stainless steel, non-ferrous metal and alloy manufacturing workshop of 7200 square meters, and a mechanical processing workshop of 4500 square meters. The heavy-duty pressure vessel manufacturing workshop covers an area of 8600 square meters, with equipment lifting capacity of 300 tons x 2 units and 200 tons x 2 units. It is equipped with a CNC hydraulic horizontal lowering plate rolling machine, with a maximum capacity of 160mm for cold roll, 250mm for hot roll, and 4000mm for plate width.
The company has advanced and complete equipment for lifting, cutting, rolling, welding, mechanical processing, heat treatment, surface treatment, etc. We have large-scale lifting equipment such as 200 tons, 300 tons, and 600 tons, as well as various welding and cutting equipment such as 16mm shearing machines, CNC flame plasma cutting machines, 16m edge planing machines, narrow gap automatic welding machines, and strip welding machines. We also have over 210 sets of various processing equipment such as 160x4000mm, 80x4000mm, and 60x4000mm CNC hydraulic horizontal lowering plate rolling machines, gantry milling machines, gantry planers, Φ4m and Φ8m heavy-duty vertical lathes, large-scale CNC boring and milling machines, CNC multi axis drilling machines, and CNC deep hole drilling machines, with a production capacity of up to 100000 tons per year.
The company has multiple heat treatment furnaces, which can be used for annealing treatment of large equipment and large welded parts, preheating and hydrogen removal of cylinder section welding, high alloy steel normalizing and other heat treatments. After heat treatment, all indicators fully meet the requirements of the Stationary Vessel Regulations and relevant domestic and foreign standards.
In order to ensure welding quality and strict welding material management, the company has established a first level welding material warehouse equipped with temperature control and dehumidification devices, and a second level welding material warehouse that strictly heats and dries the welding materials.
The company has established a first-class welding laboratory and a physical and chemical laboratory to ensure that it meets the needs of various material welding tests and process evaluations.
Quality Assurance
The company has strict quality control system. Senior engineers with years of experience in pressure vessels and pressure piping industry work as quality engineers and are responsible for the inspection in every procedure in design, technology, production and product testing. They strictly monitor to ensure the quality and safety performance of pressure vessel products meeting or above the "Safety Technology Supervision Criterion for Fixed Pressure Vessel", GB150, GB151, GB50235, GB50236 and other regulations, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Inspection and Testing
The company has complete testing equipment and professional testing and inspection center, with the chemical analysis laboratory, inter-granular corrosion test laboratory, material mechanics laboratory and welding laboratory. There are more than 30 testing devices, such as universal testing machine, impact testing machine, chemical analyzer and water pressure tightness test equipment, more than 70 NDT testing devices, such as X-rays, TOFD, ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing device, and 12 sets of standard equipment. The company has more than 30 NDT professional staffs, including NDT Level III certificate holders 2 person / items, and Level II certificate 21 person / items.
